Leadership built on experience
Over the course of 25 years, Harmony built and led a nationwide organization spanning more than 20 markets, managing hundreds of people and the strategic decisions that came with that scale. That work taught her what mission-driven organizations need to grow, and where leaders most often get stretched thin.
She founded Universal Events, Inc. to put that experience to work for nonprofits and ethical businesses. The firm takes on the administrative, fundraising, and marketing load so its partners can stay focused on their programs and the people they serve.
Alongside her work at Universal Events, Harmony is an international keynote speaker and leadership advisor. She speaks at leadership conferences and works privately with founders and senior leaders, helping them lead with clarity and standards rather than performance.
